All sales are final. The Company enforces a strict no refund and no exchange policy on all purchases.
Exceptions to this policy shall only apply under the following conditions:

The product received is defective; or
-
The product received is not the item that was ordered.
In such cases, the customer must notify the Company in writing within 2 days of receiving the item. The complaint must be supported by:

A clear and unedited video recording of the unboxing process, clearly showing the package being opened and the condition of its contents; and
-
Photographic evidence along with a written description of the issue.
Upon successful verification of the claim, the Company will offer a replacement or exchange of the product. A refund will only be issued if a replacement or exchange is not possible.
Please note that the final decision regarding the approval or denial of any refund or exchange request shall rest solely with the Company.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Refund and Exchange Policy.
