Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address and the courier service availability. On average, delivery within India may take between 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

6. Undeliverable Packages
In case a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to non-availability of the recipient, refusal to accept, or incorrect address, the customer shall be contacted to re-attempt delivery. Additional shipping charges may be applicable for re-dispatch.

KIQOO shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery caused due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or governmental restrictions.
